2.1. Denver A/S is an online retail platform that offers a variety of products for sale.

**3. Ordering and Shipping**

3.1. Placing Orders: When you place an order on our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order details.

3.2. Shipping Address: We will send your order to the nearest package shop based on our shipping policies, even if you input your private address during the ordering process. This is done to ensure efficient and secure delivery.

3.3. Delivery: Spareparts and accessories are shipped out every Tuesday and Thursday, if we have the products in stock (order placed after 9 AM, on a Tuesday or Thursday, will be shipped the following Tuesday or Thursday).
If we don't have them in stock, we will contact you with information on estimated time before we can ship it.

Delivery time for all orders inside Europe is estimated to 3-5 working days, but it can take longer, depending on local postal services.
Please allow up to 10 working days before contacting us.
We intend to send you a tracking ID, whenever it is possible. (depending on the type of transportation)


3.4. Payment types: We accept following debit/credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Maestro. And for selected countries also Paypal. 

**4. Returns and Refunds**

4.1. Right to Return: You have the right to return products purchased from us within 14 days of receiving them, without providing any reason. This 14-day period is referred to as the "Cooling-Off Period."

4.2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at shop.hq@denver.eu. You must return the product in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

4.3. Refunds: Once we receive your returned product and inspect it, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

4.4. Goods returned ON CARRIAGE FORWARD or C.O.D will not be accepted.
